Sealed retail goods
Sealed, factory-intact games may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup for store credit or refund to the original payment method where technically possible, excluding non-refundable processor fees charged by third parties.
Deluxe wood & glass editions
Opened luxury cabinets, heirloom cases, and tempered-glass editions are final sale once the security seal is broken, unless the item arrived damaged or materially not as described. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the shipping container and affected components.
Preorders
Deposits on preorders may be refundable until allocation is confirmed with you. After confirmation and charge capture, cancellation is governed by the specific preorder terms communicated on your invoice.
Shipping costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a covered defect.
